Who we are

Mirelquanta is an independent editorial website operated from Wellington, New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• Information you choose to send us by email or through a form — typically your name, email address and message.
• Standard server request logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not require an account, we do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Saved games

Your saved games are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Forms on this site

The contact, suggestion and newsletter forms send the information you provide to our PHP mail handler so the editorial team can respond. A success message is shown only after the server accepts the message for delivery.

External websites

When you follow a link to a game's official website you leave Mirelquanta, and that publisher's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how they handle your data.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email kia.ora@mirelquanta.com and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

We review this policy at least annually and whenever the site's functionality changes materially.
